• Working with companies to restructure DB plans to minimize liability.
• Develop communication and education strategies and programs around DB plan changes.
• Record keeper due diligence and vendor searches for DB record keepers as a way to manage fees and maximize value.
• Consulting on investment management and oversight to identify vulnerabilities in DB plan investment portfolios. Initiate changes as needed to ensure investment strategy is appropriate and risk is minimized.

Defined Contribution

• Consulting around plan design, investment review, and participant education policy and tools.
• Fee analysis to ensure that record-keeper fees are reasonable with goal of lowering fees and/or increasing value from recordkeeper.
• Fiduciary training.

Executive Benefits

• Development of strategy for executive benefits in order to properly incentivize, retain and reward key executives.
• Consulting on deferred compensation plans for executives to ensure plans are effectively designed, managed, and communicated.
• Consulting about changes to executive benefits plans.
