Retirement Playbook, Inc. was founded by Trisha Brambley in 2011. She was on the team that created and implemented the industry’s first 401k plans; was among the first to develop a specialty fee based retirement advisory firm; and revolutionized the plan advisor selection process. Trisha achieved national recognition as a retirement plan consultant and thought leader. Retirement Playbook, Inc. continues her work as a premier plan advisor search consultancy.
About George Boyle
George Boyle is CEO of Retirement Playbook, Inc.™ Previously, George was Chief Financial Officer for Retirement Playbook, Inc.™ and has been providing financial guidance to the company since its formation in 2011. He has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 35 years with expertise in public accounting, investment management, and CFO services.
George earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University in 1977. He is a Certified Professional Accountant as well as a Personal Financial Specialist, with memberships in the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants), the PICPA (Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. He holds the Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and 66 (NASAA-Uniform Combined State Law Exam) securities licenses.
About Cindy DeGulis
As Vice President, Liaison to Advisor Community, Cindy works with plan sponsors seeking to upgrade the level of services available to their plan committee and participants. This includes facilitating the evaluation of current advisors, aiding in the selection of new advisors, and guiding sponsors through these processes with a thorough and well-documented due diligence process.
Cindy leads the RFP process on the client’s behalf, interfacing with advisors and helping plan sponsors properly catalogue the myriad of required information. She meets regularly with advisors to gain insight into their company structure and client services. Her time management and organizational skills help keep all parties on task to meet mandatory deadlines throughout the process.
Cindy brings more than 15 years of vendor management expertise to her work with plan sponsors. Prior to her current position, she was the lead vendor management contact of a national retirement plan advisory firm, assisting plan sponsors of mid- to large-size retirement plans benchmark and/or replace their recordkeeping provider.
About Adele Barbato
As Executive Vice President, Client Services, Adele provides management and oversight in developing and delivering the clients’ project. Also, Adele works very closely with clients to ensure all needs are addressed in a timely and high quality manner.
Adele is a seasoned Senior Global HR Executive with extensive strategic and operational expertise. As a former C-suite Chief Human Resource Officer, she has had significant experience with Compensation Committees in both public companies and higher education. She has designed and executed innovative value added solutions across the entire human capital portfolio in the following industries: information services and technology, clinical information management, financial services and higher education. She has over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles with a strong international background.
